Track 1
Know Your Numbers
You can’t manage what you don’t measure — and you can’t measure everything. This track teaches the handful of numbers that actually tell you how your practice is doing.
Core lesson
Build a one-page monthly scorecard
Pick a small set of numbers, review them on the same day every month, and watch the trend — not the single month. A simple starter scorecard:
- Gross revenue
- Average client transaction (ACT)
- Active clients
- New clients
- Visits per active client
- Payroll as a % of revenue
- Cost of goods sold as a % of revenue — read the full guide →
When one moves the wrong way two months in a row, that’s your agenda for the next leadership meeting.
