Free business education for veterinary practice owners
Vet school taught you medicine. This is the business education it skipped.
Practical, no-fluff lessons on your numbers, your team, your operations, and your exit — from a practicing veterinarian who owns and runs two hospitals.
Adam Miller, DVM · Owner, Rice Village Animal Hospital (Houston) & Deer Park Veterinary Hospital (Cincinnati) · Viticus Group Board of Directors
Why this exists
Independent practices rarely lose on medicine. They lose on business.
Corporate groups have CFOs, operations teams, and dashboards. Most independent owners have a lunch break and a stack of reports they don’t have time to read. The gap isn’t talent — it’s training.
The Veterinary CEO closes that gap. Every lesson and guide here is built to answer one question: what should a practice owner actually do on Monday morning? Real talk. No fluff. Written by someone who signs the payroll checks too.

Track 4
